Unreleased and unheard since it was committed to tape over back in the Sixties with producer Dave Hamilton, Deep Shadows was the solitary album by soul singer Little Ann (real name Ann Bridgforth). Finally released in 2009, six years after her death, it’s a lost artefact of the Detroit soul scene, and is re-issued with a Sixties-style tip-on sleeve.
