In the Scottish music scene of the early 2000s, from which Camera Obscura, Arab Strap, and Belle and Sebastian emerged, Tacoma Radar were the quiet successes. Their only album, "No One Waved Goodbye"—a mesmerizing collection of quiet melancholy—is now celebrated as a cult classic. This deluxe double album is the first reissue and includes "No One Waved Goodbye," both 7" singles, and the previously unreleased EP "Live From the 13th Note."
