There are ambient worlds hidden in plain sight, that are embedded in the sounds of the cities and communities of our lives. The resonance of piano notes on ANDARE OLTRE, a collaboration between Demetrio Cecchitelli (Italy) and Stefan Christoff (Canada), speak to sonic spheres of the imaginary that oscillate on this planet. This album speaks to living echoes that bounce across the streets of our lives, resonating in the silences between words in our conversations.
This work is the first exchange between the Italian composer Cecchitelli and Montreal based musician and social activist Christoff. It is atmospheric and also raw.
