To be attuned to the world's undercurrents, to pay attention to all the sound shapes, their emergences, their disappearances: these could be the principles introducing the craftsman work of Christian Zanési, a work where an extreme sensitivity of listening and a taste for audible materials could not flourish without an acute awareness of the musical form and its possible deployment. Beyond an art of time, Christian Zanési's music is an art of becomings.
