The Caution Children are a Jacksonville, Fla. based band who play an impressive style of screamo/posthardcore influenced by bands such as I Hate Myself, The Saddest Landscape, We Were Skeletons, Lizards Have Personalities, and Pianos Become The Teeth. What sets The Caution Children apart from their peers is the addition of ambient, almost shoegazey elements to their music. The end result is 10 songs of epic and emotive "screamo" with tinges of post rock. Unknown Lands is The Caution Children's sophomore LP and shows the band expanding upon the foundations the band laid with their previous efforts Great stuff!
