The magnificent early works collection ART DEVO proves why Devo were and still are one of the most important bands in US music history. The strictly limited 3LP anthology contains mostly unreleased archive treasures, rarities and obscurities from their early days 1973-77, when Devo developed into an art project that David Bowie declared the 'band of the future'. The tracklist, curated by Devo, is released on red-yellow-blue triple vinyl with a fold-out poster including liner notes from founding members Mark Mothersbaugh and Gerald V Casal. There are also only 1,000 pieces of the new Rubber Gloves edition worldwide.
