Carmen Villain's new 3-track EP gives a sense of where she might be heading next on her musical journey. On »Nutrition«, the submerged influence of dub seen in a lot of her earlier work has risen more prominently to the surface. Carmen describes the tracks as »some dub studies born out of my continued fascination with the form. I’m in a period where I just keep going back to experimenting with beats and rhythms.«
