Benjamin Finger is possibly the Oslo composer's real name, which begs the question on how we refer to his classic work in future. "Eno-esque" makes sense, but does "Finger-esque"? Anyway, his work is certainly good enough to be filed alongside the great composers. Finger's new album 'Exit du Départ' is a two-part journey into meditative soundscapes, voice loops and minimal piano composition.
